Family beach portraits are my favorite type of family portrait photography. There are several reasons for this. In the first place, most are multiple generation portrait sessions. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren are together for a week’s vacation. As a result, the thought of having a family portrait taken occurs. In light of their weeks’ vacation, they realize it’s a perfect time to have their extended family, and individual family photographed.
Vacationing at the Jersey Shore
In addition, most families are on vacation for their family beach portraits, they are more relaxed during there beach portrait session. During the portrait session, families have all the possible groupings photographed. The extended family, grandparents with the grandkids, grandkids alone, individual families, are just some of the combinations that our clients decide to have us capture. However, since the beach portrait session starts one hour before sunset, there’s only that allotted time to get everything accomplished. With that being said, hiring a seasoned beach photographer is essential. The good news is, Rob Wilson has been photographing families on the New Jersey beaches for his whole photography career.
Jersey Shore Family Beach Portraits
Rob Wilson has been photographing families on the beach of New Jersey for over twenty years. Spring Lake to Long Beach Island and everywhere in between. Additionally, the beaches of the Jersey Shore makes for the most exquisite backdrop nature has to offer. The sky one hour before sunset is captivating, and it’s become more impressive as the session goes on. Generally speaking, twenty minutes before sunset, the sky has magical magentas, cyans, purples, blues, and every possible color range mother nature has painted. It’s a Monet painting that painted itself. a
