Attention Freelance Beach Photographers

Attention freelance beach photographers, if you are reading this, keep reading.

The week between Christmas and New Year, I start setting myself up for success the rest of the year. A large part of this process is working on the beach portrait side of my business. I review what I’ve done and what aspects should stay and what I should add. One of the good problems with my beach portrait business is that I book up the whole summer and turn many clients away.

It’s been hard to schedule the appointments when I have worked with freelancers; often, other photographers aren’t very attentive. As a business owner, that stinks. However, it’s always hard to find photographers who want to shoot for someone else.

Freelance Photographers for New Jersey Beach Portraits

I am currently looking for experienced beach photographers who can’t fill up their schedules. I am search of freelance photographers that are comfortable photographing large groups, such as families of fifteen and more, since that’s the majority of my beach portrait sessions. Most sessions are taken one hour before sunset, which means you’ll have to photograph the large group and every breakdown that the clients would like to have captured.

My beach appointments are typically from Spring Lake to Long Beach Island; the freelance photographers can let me know what towns they would like to cover.

About Rob Wilson Photography

I’ve been a professional portrait photographer since 1993 and started Rob Wilson Photography in 2006. I mainly focus on the beach portrait photography part of my business during the summer months. However, I am also a busy corporate photographer and videographer. Specializing in large group’s beach portrait sessions has always been something that I have thought distinguished me from other photographers.

If you are a talented family portrait photographer, and like many, have a hard time filling up your schedule, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I can be reached at (732) 306-6550, email rob@rwilsonphotography.com or text me by clicking here.
