We start off with our classic traditional family compositions. Towards the end of the session, we often take a more photo-journalistic approach like the images above. We end it this way because if we started off with these images, it would be difficult and almost impossible for the children to regroup for the more classic poses. The candid types of beach photography is an excellent addition to the traditional portrait groupings.
The candid approach is one of our favorite types of NJ Beach Photography. The unique expressions you get when you tell siblings and couples to look at each other are priceless. Furthermore, it’s a great way to let loose after the session.
